Joyce is passionate about sharing ways to integrate embodiment practices, energy awareness, meta-consciousness, and spirituality into all aspects of our lives.

Disclaimer: The services offered are based on Joyce’s training and certification as a practitioner of Acupressure, QiGong, Craniosacral Work, Yoga Therapy, and Jin Shin Jyutsu. Additionally, she has been trained and ordained as a Spiritual Healer/Counselor and Minister. She is certified in California by the CAMTC as a CMT (#39598). She is not a licensed physician or mental health professional, and none of the services offered by her are licensed by the state of California. The modalities below are considered alternative or complimentary to healing arts services licensed by California and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Because they are tailored to the needs of the individual, these sessions can be effective both in enhancing well-being and in aiding recovery from illness or injury. They are not a substitute for appropriate medical or psychological care, but research suggests that these approaches can:

Before Your Session

Plan to settle in a few minutes before the scheduled appointment so the session can begin on time. Wear loose comfortable clothing (preferably made with natural materials, such as cotton). Allow 1 to 2 hours for digestion prior to your session—you will enjoy the session most if you are neither hungry nor too full.

During Your Session

Relax and enjoy! Make yourself comfortable. Feel free to give feedback, and ask for what you need. Sensations of warmth/coolness or tingling/numbness are common as your body relaxes, releases tension, and your energy becomes more balanced.

After Your Session

Drink plenty of (warm) water to help your system process the changes. Plan to relax and spend the rest of the day quietly if possible so you can be aware of and enjoy the effects of the session. You may feel energized or you may discover that you need more rest for a few days afterward—both reactions are common.

In-Person Sessions

Sessions combine the wisdom and benefits of multiple modalities—ancient/modern and Eastern/Western—to restore harmony, balance, and health.

Life is dynamic, and so are we. As we change from day to day, what would be helpful in bringing us to balance and harmony changes, too. Joyce’s training in multiple healing arts provides her with a broad array of approaches for addressing your current situation and facilitating your future well-being.

Long-Distance Sessions

Long-Distance sessions are equally as powerful as in-person sessions and can be experienced in any quiet, calm environment where you will not be disturbed. Typically, we connect via phone or video to discuss your focus for the session, continue with the long distance work to address those issues, and complete the session with feedback and next steps.

Please provide 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Full payment is required for missed appointments or cancellations received with less than 72 hours’ notice.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Wise, credit card, check and cash.

 Cancellations 14 days or more before the course begins will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the course will receive a credit for future courses.
